Running
on the Polar Plateau Three layers of material were worn on my upper
body a light thermal layer, a thin fleece layer and an outer windproof
shell with ventilation zips. Two layers were worn on my legs thin
thermals and a windproof pants. A balaclava, facemask and goggles covered
my face and a pair of polypro gloves protected my hands. |
